ITEC acquires Reflex

ITEC acquires Reflex

ITEC has now acquired 100% of Reflex Digital Solutions, which is based in Reading.

It’s part of ITEC’s strategy to expand our geographic range, reach and capability. With an office and warehouse in Reading, it means we can meet the requirements of the growing number of customers outside our traditional South West heartland.

There is a lot of synergy between ITEC and Reflex. We share the same business values, especially the commitment to delivering optimal service to customers.

Reflex also shares our philosophy of a locally based service that puts engineers and account teams in close proximity to customers.

Since 1989, Reflex has established itself as one of the leading independent document management, office technology and digital print providers in the Thames Valley and Home Counties. It’s a perfect fit with ITEC’s existing business, and we will continue to serve the existing base of Reflex customers.

ITEC’s CEO Nick Orme commented: “Our strategy is to grow organically and to identify acquisitions that fit with our existing business model and which will help us serve customers more effectively and efficiently.”

Derrick Murphy, the Managing Director of Reflex, will remain with ITEC as Account Director for the Reading office, which now becomes the ninth ITEC regional office. He will be joined by an Account Manager in the shape of Lizzie Lewis. The existing Reflex engineering team will also stay with the business.

The address of ITEC’s Reading office is:

Robert Cort Industrial Estate
Britten Rd
